A well known name in the log building industry, 2 Feathers AKA Tracy Charters hails from our very own Nicola Valley.
This is Jesse - lead builder and site foreman at NLW. Jesse brought his log building talents and organizational skills to us since 1992 and truly makes the wheels go round at our work site.
Allan Cary - a former logger, made a career change to log building. Al is a leader in the roof system and post and beam end of our work as well as a dynamite log builder.

Jochen Wagenblast brought his experience in German timber framing to Nicola LogWorks back in the 90's. A key player on the NLW team, Jochen jointly heads the post and beam and roof system work with colleague Al.
