The home is located in the Woodland Hills development, Kelowna BC - developer; Geby Wager whose vision of environmentally sensitive custom homes has earned for this home alone 13 Tommie Awards (including Outstanding Acheivment in Environmental Considerationl) and was named a finalist in 9 categories of the 2006 Georgie Awards, (noteably Residential Development of the year.)
